Paul Sewald secures eighth save of season Saturday

Paul Sewald pitched a perfect 1-2-3 ninth inning with a pair of strikeouts on Saturday as the Diamondbacks defeated the Mets, 2-1.
Fantasy Impact:
Sewald nailed down his eighth save of the year on Saturday, putting him third in the National League in that category. It was his first save, however, since April 17. The righthander is a perfect 8-for-8 in save opportunities, allowing just one hit with a 12:0 K:BB ratio in eight scoreless innings. On the flip side, in eight non-save appearances, Sewald is 0-3 with a 7.94 ERA and has allowed three home runs in 5.2 innings. Overall, he has a 3.29 ERA and a 0.73 WHIP in 16 appearances covering 13.2 innings this season.
