Rodriguez was held out of Thursday's game against the Baltimore Orioles after suffering a left hamstring spasm while making a leaping catch in the sixth inning of Wednesday's 5-3 loss. Encouragingly, he went through agility drills in the outfield with Seattle's training staff before taking batting practice and reportedly moved well throughout the workout. Rodriguez can be considered day-to-day, with his next opportunity to return to the lineup coming on Friday against the Boston Red Sox.
