Fantasy Impact: Nolan Schanuel (side) was placed on the IL on Saturday, leading to Moore's call-up. Moore has appeared in just six MLB games this year, but he has had a tremendous campaign at Triple-A, posting a .943 OPS with 11 homers and 15 steals over 86 games.

Fantasy Impact: Schanuel is dealing with an intercostal muscle strain and will miss at least the next couple of weeks. Christian Moore has been recalled in a corresponding move.

Fantasy Impact: With Wade Meckler (concussion) landing on the IL, Campero will join the Angels. Campero has spent some time with the Angels in each of the last two seasons, putting up a career .618 OPS with four homers and seven steals across 114 plate appearances.

Fantasy Impact: Meckler's stint will be backdated to Friday. The rookie outfielder will now need to clear the league's concussion protocols before returning to the Angels' lineup. Gustavo Campero has been called up in a corresponding move.

The Cardinals recalled LHP Quinn Mathews from Triple-A Memphis.

Fantasy Impact: Matthews returns to the majors to start Saturday's game against the Phillies. He has allowed three runs across nine innings in two starts over the past couple weeks.

The Nationals transferred LHP Connelly Early to the 60-day injured list.

Fantasy Impact: The move opens up a spot on the 40-man roster for Washington. Early remains without a clear timetable to return.

The Nationals claimed RHP Matt Waldron off waivers from the Blue Jays.

Fantasy Impact: Waldron was designated for assignment by Toronto. He will add pitching depth for Washington.

Fantasy Impact: Glasnow has had a long road back, as the last time he pitched for the Dodgers was back on May 6. Prior to the back issue, the big righty was off to an excellent start this season, posting a 2.72 ERA and 0.83 WHIP with 49 strikeouts over 39 2/3 innings. Glasnow has looked quite strong in recent rehab outings, and he is not expected to have much of a pitch limit.

The Rockies sent LHP Parker Mushinski outright to Triple-A Albuquerque.

Fantasy Impact: Mushinski passed through waivers unclaimed after he was designated for assignment.

Everson Pereira is not in the Cardinals lineup on Saturday against the Phillies.

Fantasy Impact: Pereira had X-rays back negative for any fractures after being hit by a pitch on the left hand. He remains day-to-day.

Fantasy Impact: Ohtani continues to progress in the right direction as he faced live hitters on the mound. He remains without a clear timetable to return pitching for the Dodgers.

Fantasy Impact: Smith stepped into the batters box against Shohei Ohtani throwing live batting practice. Smith could begin a rehab assignment next week.

Jeremy Pena is back in the Astros lineup on Saturday against the Athletics.

Fantasy Impact: Pena makes his way back from a two-game absence.

Fantasy Impact: Carlson was a 2025 first-round pick. He slashed .256/.388/.338 with 13 steals in 57 games for Low-A Kannapolis.

Fantasy Impact: Cholowsky was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 draft. He went 6-for-36 with a home run and seven walks in nine games for High-A Winston Salem.

Michael Harris II went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI in Saturday's 4-1 loss to the Brewers.

Fantasy Impact: Harris got the Braves off to a quick start Saturday, driving in a run with his 30th double of the season during the first inning. Unfortunately, that would be the entirety of the scoring for the struggling Atlanta lineup. Harris has now hit safely in seven straight games, batting .393 with five doubles in that streak.

Martin Perez gave up four runs (one earned) on four hits and three walks while striking out two over four innings in Saturday's 4-1 loss to the Brewers.

Fantasy Impact: Perez himself made the error that set the Brewers up for a three-run third inning Saturday. The veteran lefty allowed an additional tally in the fourth, which turned out to be his final frame after 97 pitches. Perez rolled off 16 consecutive scoreless innings over his first three starts this month. However, he's not been nearly as sharp during two starts this week. Perez will move forward with a still solid 3.12 ERA over 115 1/3 innings for the year.

Fantasy Impact: Weathers will undergo imaging to determine the severity of the injury according to Hoch, allowing two earned runs on eight hits while striking out three over 3 1/3 innings before being replaced by Yerry De Los Santos on the mound.

The Mariners designated LHP Jhonathan Díaz for assignmnent.

Fantasy Impact: Diaz loses his spot on the 40-man roster. He will head to waivers.
