Fantasy Impact: $12.5 million is not nothing, and his addition is an interesting transaction given the AJ Brown trade rumors. It doesn’t preclude the Eagles from taking a receiver in the NFL Draft, but his contact seems to signal a decent amount of involvement in the Eagles upcoming plans.
