Jared Goff (LAR – QB)
Goff has been terrible over his last 14 games (playoffs included), however the Falcons have been even worse. Over the last 19 games without Keanu Neal, they have allowed 15 quarterbacks post at least 18.5 fantasy points and finish as the QB13 or better. So, essentially, quarterbacks have had a 79 percent chance to finish as a top-12 option against them, which does include each of their last four opponents this year (Kyler Murray, Deshaun Watson, Marcus Mariota, and Jacoby Brissett). The crazy part is that none of them have had to throw more than 37 pass attempts to get there, as they all averaged 8.4 or more yards per attempt. Going to play in the dome at Atlanta has been a high-scoring stadium and it could allow for the Goff-led Rams offense to bounce back. He’s in the top-12 quarterback options this week.
Daniel Jones (NYG – QB)
If you aren’t able to pick up Josh Allen this week as a streamer against Miami, Jones is likely your next best option. Yes, Patrick Peterson is coming back, but Arizona’s secondary still won’t be strong plus they play up-tempo shootouts more often than not.

Leonard Fournette (RB – JAC)
Fournette’s improvement continues, as the least amount of rushing yards that he has in any of his last three games (72) is more than the most rushing yards he had in any of his first three games (66). He’s a top-tier play in Week 7 against the Bengals.
Derrick Henry (RB – TEN)
Henry has been generally underwhelming with a 3.7 yards per attempt so far in 2019, though he does have five total touchdowns. He definitely benefits from volume in close games, but he’s also the only effective part of the Titans offense, so he’ll be involved regardless.

DeAndre Hopkins (WR – HOU)
Well it’s getting a little weird now. Hopkins still recorded nine receptions on 12 targets (good) but it was only for 55 yards (less good) and he hasn’t scored since Week 1 (not at all good). He’s still a buy, but we expected these less-than-stellar performances to subside by now.
D.K. Metcalf (WR – SEA)
After seeing at least six targets in each of the first three games, Metcalf has seen just 4-3-5 over the last three games, though it’s important to note he’s had just one game this year where he’s finished less than 67 yards and/or a touchdown. As odd as it sounds, he still leads the team in air yards over Lockett, though that gap has shrunk to the point it’s almost non-existent. With Will Dissly out for the year, Metcalf may take on a bigger role in the end zone as the biggest target on the team. If Marlon Humphrey shadows Lockett, like many expect, Metcalf would see a lot of Maurice Canady or Brandon Carr in coverage. Carr is an established veteran who’s solid in coverage, though he doesn’t have the speed to keep up with Metcalf over the top. Canady is playing because Anthony Averett has been bad, and Jimmy Smith has been hurt. The Bengals targeted him 14 times last week and he allowed 10 catches for 109 yards on them. The Seahawks should be able to get the matchups they want with Metcalf if Lockett gets shadowed, so consider him a high-end WR4 who could lead the team in receiving.

Darren Fells (TE – HOU)
Fells now has double-digit fantasy points in three of the last four weeks and has a solid matchup this week in Indy, but because he splits the tight end snaps with Jordan Akins, he is by no means a safe streaming option.
Dawson Knox (TE – BUF)
Knox has only had one good game this season but that doesn’t mean he can’t and won’t put up fantasy points this week against the Dolphins. If you need a streaming tight end, he will likely be your best option even if Herndon is active for the Jets.
