The NFL Draft has come and gone and now we have the final pieces of the puzzle when it comes to evaluating these rookies — landing spot and draft capital. There were plenty of risers and fallers, like there is every year. Here is a look at a recent four-round dynasty superflex rookie mock draft I did from the 1.08. Check out the results of Round 1 of my recent dynasty superflex rookie mock draft.

Round 1

1.01 QB Caleb Williams – CHI 1.05 QB Drake Maye – NE 1.09 WR Xavier Worthy – KC
1.02 QB Jayden Daniels – WAS 1.06 Malik Nabers – NYG 1.10 TE Brock Bowers – LV
1.03 WR Marvin Harrison Jr. – ARI 1.07 Brian Thomas Jr. – JAX 1.11 QB Bo Nix – DEN
1.04 QB J.J. McCarthy – MIN 1.08 Rome Odunze – CHI 1.12 Keon Coleman – BUF

My Pick: 1.08 – Rome Odunze (WR – CHI)

The 1.08 was a tough choice between Rome Odunze, who didn’t get a great landing spot with Keenan Allen and DJ Moore ahead of him, Xavier Worthy, who has a great landing spot but history is not in his favor, or Brock Bowers, the clear No. 1 TE in this year’s class. Ultimately, I went with Odunze and took the talent over a great landing spot, hoping he can build some chemistry with fellow rookie QB Caleb Williams to make a strong tandem for years to come.

Best Value: 1.10 – Brock Bowers (TE – LV)

Seeing Brock Bowers go at the 1.10, who many have as the best TE prospect to come out since Kyle Pitts, feels egregious. However, in Superflex leagues with quarterbacks pushed up draft boards, Bowers’ less-than-ideal landing spot pushed him to the back end of the first round. If he becomes the tight end we think he will, this is an absolute steal at a shallow position.

Round 2

Check out the results of Round 2 of my recent dynasty superflex rookie mock draft.

2.01 WR Ladd McConkey – LAC 2.05 WR Xavier Legette – CAR 2.09 QB Michael Penix Jr. – ATL
2.02 RB Jonathon Brooks – CAR 2.06 WR Adonai Mitchell – IND 2.10 WR Ja’Lynn Polk – NE
2.03 WR Ricky Pearsall – SF 2.07 RB Blake Corum – LAR 2.11 RB Jaylen Wright – MIA
2.04 RB Trey Benson – ARI 2.08 RB MarShawn Lloyd – GB 2.12 WR Troy Franklin – DEN

My Pick: 2.08 – MarShawn Lloyd (RB – GB)

After the two top running backs — Jonathon Brooks and Trey Benson — were off the board, there was only one other running back with a chance for a Day 1 role in their respective offense: MarShawn Lloyd. Yes, Josh Jacobs is there, but the Packers have shown they want a backfield-by-committee when they tried to make A.J. Dillon the thunder to Aaron Jones‘ lightning. Unfortunately, Dillon never quite panned out. Lloyd can now be the lightning to Josh Jacobs’ thunder with his 4.4 speed and 93 percentile speed score (via PlayerProfiler.com).

Best Value: 2.05 – Xavier Legette (WR – CAR)

People are down on Bryce Young and this offense to the point a guy like Xavier Legette is getting pushed down in drafts. Managers forgot Adam Thielen was the fantasy WR3 through the first six weeks of 2023 when Bryce Young was targetting him relentlessly. Thielen, at this point in his career, is a “catch it and fall down” type of wide receiver. He’s not going to give you much after the catch, but Legette, on the other hand, is absolutely electric with the ball in his hands. If he gets any type of volume in this offense, he will be an exciting player people are going to wish they didn’t pass on.

Round 3

Check out the results of Round 3 of my recent dynasty superflex rookie mock draft.

3.01 WR Roman Wilson – PIT 3.05 RB Ray Davis – BUF 3.09 WR Luke McCaffrey – WAS
3.02 WR Jermaine Burton – CIN 3.06 TE Theo Johnson – NYG 3.10 RB Bucky Irving – TB
3.03 WR Malachi Corley – NYJ 3.07 WR Javon Baker – NE 3.11 RB Will Shipley – PHI
3.04 TE Ben Sinnott – WAS 3.08 RB Kimani Vidal – LAC 3.12 WR Jalen McMillan – TB

My Pick: 3.08 – Kimani Vidal (RB – LAC)

Kimani Vidal has become one of the late-round guys I want to stash on taxi squads. He may even go undrafted in some leagues. Current unofficial depth charts have him sitting behind J.K. Dobbins, Gus Edwards and even Isaiah Spiller. However, things could be much different a year from now. Dobbins is on a 1-year “prove it” deal and has never been able to stay healthy. Gus Edwards has never been a running back to catch a ton of passes — he caught a career-high 12 passes last season. And, Isaiah Spiller hasn’t shown us anything in his first two seasons in the league. It’s not out of the realm of possibility Vidal is the 2025 starting running back for the Chargers. Is it likely? No. Is it possible? Yes. I’m willing to bet on that upside at 3.08.

Best Value: 3.12 – Jalen McMillan (WR – TB)

A lot of people didn’t like Jalen McMillan’s landing spot with the incumbent receivers Mike Evans and Chris Godwin already there, but you have to look a little deeper. Godwin’s contract is essentially up after this season, and outside of his monster 2019 season, he hasn’t been that good. McMillan could easily take Godwin’s spot in 2025, but there is also the potential that he could take over for him this season. McMillan was injured in 2023, but if you look at his 2022 season, he was on par with his first-round teammate Rome Odunze. He could be the steal of this draft in the long run.

Round 4

Check out the results of Round 4 of my recent dynasty superflex rookie mock draft.

4.01 Ja’Tavion Sanders – CAR 4.05 WR Brenden Rice – LAC 4.09 RB Dylan Laube – LV
4.02 RB Braelon Allen – NYJ 4.06 RB Isaac Guerendo – SF 4.10 RB Tyrone Tracy – NYG
4.03 RB Audric Estime – DEN 4.07 QB Spencer Rattler – NO 4.11 WR Jacob Cowing – SF
4.04 WR Devontez Walker – BAL 4.08 WR Malik Washington – MIA 4.12 RB Frank Gore Jr. BUF

My Pick: 4.08 – Malik Washington (WR – MIA)

In the fourth round, I’m looking for huge upside. That is exactly what Malik Washington has to offer in this Dolphins offense. This pick isn’t for what he can do in his rookie season, but for what he might be able to do in the next two or three seasons. He is a bit undersized at 5-foot-9, 191 pounds, but he makes up for it in quickness and acceleration. If anyone can find a way to use those traits to their fullest, it’s Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel.

Best Value: 4.10 – Tyrone Tracy (RB – NYG)

Tyrone Tracy has been flying up draft boards post-NFL Draft as people are starting to realize there is not much competition ahead of him for touches. Unofficial depth charts have him listed as the RB3 for the Giants, but Devin Singletary and Eric Gray aren’t exactly the most talented guys ahead of him. At 5-foot-11, 209 pounds with a 4.48 40 time, Tracy has the physical size and ability to be a solid NFL running back, if given the opportunity. To snag him at the 4.10 is a huge get for this hypothetical manager.
