Top 4 Fantasy Football Draft Values on MFL (2026)

MyFantasyLeague (MFL) is one of the most notable fantasy football platforms. Not only that, but it also has its own internal average draft position (ADP) data, so we can see how values compare to FantasyPros’ consensus ADP data.

Below, I’ll touch on one player at each position where there’s great value in PPR leagues. Let’s check it out.

Best Fantasy Football Draft Values on MFL

Kyler Murray (QB – MIN) | MFL ADP: 74.04 (QB21)

While Kyler Murray will be competing with J.J. McCarthy for the starting quarterback job, I believe Murray wins it and could be in line for a season similar to Sam Darnold‘s a couple of seasons ago.

Murray has an extremely fantasy-friendly skill set, particularly in rushing. In 22 games over the last two seasons, he ran for 745 yards on 107 carries with six touchdowns. Murray is also quite accurate, completing 482 of his last 702 passes (68.7%) for 27 touchdowns and 14 interceptions in that span.

Murray enters an offense with Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, Jauan Jennings and T.J. Hockenson. It wouldn’t be a surprise if Murray finishes as a top-10 fantasy quarterback

David Montgomery (RB – HOU) | MFL ADP: 87.92 (RB26)

The Texans traded an offensive lineman and two Day 3 picks for David Montgomery, which leads me to think he’ll be used quite a bit in this rushing attack. Last season, the Texans depended on rookie Woody Marks (49.1% of the running back carries), Nick Chubb (30.6%) and Jawhar Jordan (10.8%).

Marks was inefficient, averaging just 3.6 yards per carry, and 23% of his carries went for zero or negative yards. Chubb is no longer on the team. Last season, Montgomery had 38.8% of the Lions’ carries and averaged 4.5 yards per carry, with 30.4% of his runs going for 5+ yards. Montgomery may not be used much in the receiving game (just a 5.3% target share with the Lions last season), but he should receive enough rushing volume to outpace this RB26 ADP.

Rashee Rice (WR – KC) | MFL ADP: 53.71 (WR17)

When we last looked at MFL values, I also listed Rashee Rice, and I will continue to do so here in July. He was the WR15 a month ago, and now he’s the WR17. The Chiefs added two running backs in Kenneth Walker III (free agency) and Emmett Johnson (NFL Draft), but Rice should still be, far and away, the leading receiver in all categories in this offense.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes is coming off a torn ACL, but Rice’s main competition is soon-to-be 37-year-old tight end Travis Kelce. When Rice was on the field, he had a target share of 37.9%. I believe Rice is a top-12 wide receiver in PPR formats.

Hunter Henry (TE – NE) | MFL ADP: 163.29 (TE24)

The Patriots will have a more difficult schedule this season, and yes, they’ve added new weapons, but Hunter Henry being a borderline TE2 feels like way too much of an over-correction. Last season, he was second on the team in target share at 18%, catching 60 passes for 768 yards and seven touchdowns.

The Patriots did add A.J. Brown via trade and Romeo Doubs in free agency. For context, the fantasy TE24 last season was Sam LaPorta, who played only nine games, catching 40 passes for 489 yards and three touchdowns.

Henry will see a reduction in target share with Brown and Doubs on the roster, but if you’re punting tight end, Henry will be a great option. He had a 33.8% target share in the red zone last season, so even with Brown and Doubs taking away targets, the touchdowns will always be there.
