Seiya Suzuki has been diagnosed with a moderate left oblique strain. There is no timetable for a return to game action. (Patrick Mooney on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Suzuki was scratched from the first game of the Spring and underwent some testing on his oblique, and now it is confirmed to be a moderate strain. This is a tough start to the season for Suzuki who was limited to 111 games in 2022 due to injuries. His absence could lead to more playing time for Christopher Morel or Nelson Velazquez early in the season.
