Joshua Palmer was limited at practice Thursday (Source: Los Angeles Chargers on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Palmer was sidelined last week as he was in the concussion protocol. He will have a chance to clear the protocols and play in the season finale.

Keenan Allen remained sidelined from practice on Thursday. (Source: Los Angeles Chargers on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Allen appears to be well on track to remaining sidelined for the season finale. He will have one more day to practice just in case.

Los Angeles Chargers TE Donald Parham Jr. has been listed as inactive ahead of Week 15's Thursday Night Football kickoff. (Source: Los Angeles Chargers on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Parham is one of seven Chargers listed as inactive and one of two pass-catchers, alongside WR Keenan Allen. The 26-year-old Parham was limited in practice all week with a shoulder injury and will miss his first game of the season. The Chargers are also listing S JT Woods, DB Deane Leonard, LB Amen Ogbongbemiga and DLs Otitio Ogbonnia and Nick Williams as inactive.

Justin Herbert is having surgery Tuesday on his fractured right index finger and will miss the remainder of the season (Source: Daniel Popper on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Herbert suffered the injury in Sunday's loss against the Broncos. He won't return this year, which could have part to do with the Chargers having nothing to play for. It is a big blow to the fantasy value of Austin Ekeler and Keenan Allen for fantasy managers in the playoffs. It'll be Easton Stick undercenter for the Chargers the rest of the season.

Chargers TE Stone Smartt is officially inactive for a Week 14 matchup with Denver.

Fantasy Impact: Smartt was not on the injury report this week and will be a healthy scratch on Sunday. Fantasy managers can leave the 25-year-old on their league’s waive wire.

Chargers TE Nick Vannett is officially inactive for a Week 13 matchup with the Patriots.

Fantasy Impact: Vannett will miss his second straight game as he continues to recover from a concussion. Fantasy managers should expect Stone Smartt and Donald Parham to rotate in behind starter Gerald Everett.

X-rays came back negative on Quentin Johnston (ribs), per head coach Brandon Staley. (Source: Daniel Popper on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Johnston suffered the injury on Sunday night against the Ravens. He did not return to the game, though Staley insisted his absence was performance-related rather than injury-related. Nevertheless, he did undergo additional evaluation Monday. It's too early to tell whether the rookie will be good to go for Week 13.

Chargers WR Jalen Guyton (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s matchup with the Ravens. (Source: Adam Caplan on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Guyton was limited in each practice session this week. Fantasy managers may want to consider another option considering Guyton plays in the Sunday night game, or at least have a backup that would play Sunday night as well.

Chargers TE Gerald Everett (chest) is officially listed as questionable for a Week 12 matchup with the Ravens. (Source: Adam Caplan on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Everett was upgraded to a full participant in practice Friday, but is still listed as questionable for the late game Sunday against the Ravens. Fantasy managers should expect Donald Parham to fill-in should Everett be unable to suit up Sunday.

Joey Bosa (foot) heading to IR

By Nate Miller

Joey Bosa (foot) will be placed on Injured Reserve. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Bosa is dealing with a sprained foot that will keep him sidelined for at least the next four games. The four-time Pro Bowler does reportedly have a chance to return this season. Bosa has racked up 6.5 sacks over nine games on the campaign.

Chargers RB Isaiah Spiller is officially inactive for a Week 11 matchup with Green Bay.

Fantasy Impact: Spiller is dealing with an illness and will not play in Week 11 after missing practice on Friday. Fantasy managers should expect Joshua Kelley to handle the backup duties against the Packers.

Chargers WR Mike Williams underwent successful surgery for his torn ACL Wednesday and is expected to be ready for training camp. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Williams will now turn his focus to rehabbing to get ready for the 2024 season. The Chargers do have an out in Williams’ contract after this season, which they could choose to exercise heading into the last year of his three-year contract. Fantasy managers should expect Joshua Palmer and rookie Quentin Johnson to see additional snaps with Williams out for the season.

Derwin James Jr. (hamstring) is off of the injury report and good to go for Monday night's game against the Chargers. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: James didn't play in Week 4 because of this injury and had a bye in Week 5, so this will be the first time we've seen him on the field in a few weeks. He's been managing a hamstring injury, but with all that time off, he's gotten healthy enough to be removed from the injury report altogether. The team will really benefit from his presence in what could be a high-scoring affair against the Cowboys on Monday night.

Chargers RB Austin Ekeler is expected to see a full workload Monday, per head coach Brandon Staley. (Source: Alex Insdorf on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Ekeler practiced in full all week as he continues to work his way back from an ankle injury that has caused him to miss the last three games. Fantasy managers can confidently enter Ekeler back into their lineups.

J.C. Jackson (knee) is not on the injury report for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. (Source: Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Jackson missed most of the 2022 season because of a ruptured patellar tendon in his knee, but he has recovered well and isn't on the team's injury report for their season opener on Sunday. Los Angeles went all out in acquiring him in free agency just a couple of years ago, and if healthy, he could provide a major boost to this Chargers' defense.

The Chargers designated Rashawn Slater to return from injured reserve on Tuesday. (Source: Ari Meirov on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Slater won't play on Saturday against the Jaguars, but he could return if the Chargers advance. He has been sidelined since the end of September. His return would be huge for the Chargers offensive line and offense as a whole.

The Chargers placed Dustin Hopkins on injured reserve on Tuesday. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Hopkins has missed the previous four games with a hamstring strain and will now miss at least four more, effectively ending his fantasy season. Cameron Dicker should continue to fill in for Hopkins going forward and he is a passable option at the kicker position.

DeAndre Carter was removed from the injury report on Friday and should be good to go against the Chiefs on Sunday night. (Source: Daniel Popper on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Carter has been battling a rib injury but managed a full practice on Friday. Unfortunately for Carter, he likely won't find himself higher than the team's WR4 on Sunday with both Keenan Allen and Mike Williams set to return. He can be relegated to fantasy waiver wires for the time being.
