15.
J.K. Dobbins
RB - (at CIN)
Dobbins has been placed on the COVID-19 reserve list after testing positive for COVID-19 and will miss at least Week 12's game against the Steelers. He looked to be taking control of the backfield before this news, so keep him rostered and look for him to contribute down the stretch when he returns.

23.
Mark Andrews
TE - (at CIN)
After a monstrous Week 1, Andrews has been quiet for the last two weeks, with just 51 yards receiving total. He did have a near-touchdown in Week 3 and he's still clearly a favorite target of Lamar Jackson. But perhaps the excitement level after Week 1 was a bit high, and he'll remain the outstanding but inconsistent option we saw in 2019.

Miles Boykin
WR - (at CIN)
Boykin saw just 22 targets in his rookie season, though that should hardly be viewed as an indictment of his talent. The Ravens' run-heavy approach and positive game script left few targets to go around. Because they ran the ball at such an historic rate last year, the Ravens' natural regression suggests there should be more targets to go around. Boykin should benefit, but with the addition of Devin Duvernay, there's one more mouth to feed in Baltimore. Boykin should improve, but he's unlikely to see enough work to be worth drafting in fantasy leagues.
