Fantasy Football Player Notes

2020 Rest of Season Rankings
Mark Andrews Note

These are the moments you have to capitalize on as a fantasy player. Many were expecting a smash performance out of Andrews considering the matchup with the Eagles, who'd been extremely generous to tight ends coming into that game. Andrews has been extremely hit-or-miss and that can be frustrating to some fantasy managers. Try to take advantage of that because if you've been trying to stream tight ends, you know just how hard this year has been for the non-elite tight ends. With Andrews, at least you get top-three potential every single week.

Mark Ingram II Note

Ingram suffered a mid-to-high ankle sprain against the Eagles. With a bye week on tap for Week 7, he has two weeks to get healthy, and the early word is somewhat promising. Of course, even at his best, Ingram is only a Flex play this year, so fantasy managers would be wise to look for other options anyway.

J.K. Dobbins Note

Dobbins saw the most snaps of any Ravens running back against the Browns and scored two touchdowns, but don't anoint him the starter just yet. With such a big lead throughout the game, the Ravens may have opted to rest Mark Ingram and get the rookie's feet wet. Still, his stock is clearly trending up, and if he sees similar usage going forward, he could be one of the steals of the draft.

Miles Boykin Note
Miles Boykin photo 198. Miles Boykin WR - (at CIN)
Boykin saw just 22 targets in his rookie season, though that should hardly be viewed as an indictment of his talent. The Ravens' run-heavy approach and positive game script left few targets to go around. Because they ran the ball at such an historic rate last year, the Ravens' natural regression suggests there should be more targets to go around. Boykin should benefit, but with the addition of Devin Duvernay, there's one more mouth to feed in Baltimore. Boykin should improve, but he's unlikely to see enough work to be worth drafting in fantasy leagues.
