Jeff Wilson Jr.
RB - (vs . SEA)
Wilson needed a lot of injuries ahead of him to have fantasy-relevance, and he has just that. With both Raheem Mostert and Tevin Coleman set to miss time, Wilson should factor in with Jerick McKinnon and see most of the goal-line touches. His exact role is uncertain but he is worth an add in most formats.

George Kittle
TE - (vs . SEA)
Kittle banged up his knee in Week 1 and will miss at least two games. The good news is that the injury doesn't sound serious, and Kittle has suggested he could play through the injury if necessary. For the short term, those managers rostering Kittle need a replacement, but think about upcoming matchups for the next week or two only, rather than a season-long outlook.

Jerick McKinnon
RB - (vs . SEA)
McKinnon has looked very good in his limited touches, and he should get the chance at a more featured role with both Raheem Mostert and Tevin Coleman set to miss time. McKinnon is not going to be a workhorse back - not given his size and how much time he has missed because of injuries. But he's a must-add in nearly all formats, and should be in line for a 15-touch role at least until Mostert returns.

Deebo Samuel
WR - (vs . SEA)
Samuel returned in Week 4, and although his snaps were limited, he was able to get involved even with Nick Mullens under center for most of the night. Brandon Aiyuk continues to develop and will cut into Samuel's targets, but so long as he's healthy, Samuel can be started in a pinch and should be rostered everywhere.
