2019 Half PPR Rest of Season Rankings
Nick Chubb Note

Chubb essentially averaged 20 touches and 100 yards per game once he took over as the starting running back last year, and there's little reason to expect a dip in his performance, at least for the first half of the season. With Duke Johnson now in Texas, Chubb should dominate the running back touches early on, and with Odell Beckham Jr. on board, defenses will need to focus on stopping the pass more. The issue becomes what happens to Chubb in the second half once Kareem Hunt returns from suspension. But for now, that's a lifetime away. Draft Chubb with confidence as an RB1.

Odell Beckham Jr. Note

Beckham has just two 100-yard games so far this season, and a mere 34 receptions through five games. It's not the easiest schedule for the Browns, and with the offense struggling to get going, it's looking more and more likely that Beckham will be one of the bigger busts of the season. Still, he has as much play-making ability as any receiver in the league, so be wary of selling too low.

Jarvis Landry Note

Landry was a disappointment last year, though it's worth noting that his average depth of target was significantly higher than he averaged with the Dolphins. But after Freddie Kitchens took over, Landry's target share was relatively minimal-about 20%-when you consider that he was legitimately the only game in town. But the upside is that with Odell Beckham Jr. in tow and Nick Chubb looking like a breakout candidate, defenses likely won't focus nearly as much on Landry. That puts him at roughly a WR3 with WR2 upside, but there seems to be little chance for stardom.

Austin Hooper Note

Hooper has now scored in three straight games and is simply having a marvelous season. Atlanta may be in the midst of an awful season, but that hardly matters for their offense, which continues to play from behind and maximize its receiving options. With few reliable tight ends, Hooper is extremely valuable this year, and there's no reason to expect it to end.
