Fantasy Impact: Chig Okonkwo is expected to lead the Commanders tight end room this season. He will be a tight end sleeper to monitor in the double-digit rounds of drafts this year.

Fantasy Impact: According to Louisiana Sports’ Ross Jackson, Delp was “the top target for the team’s offense” during the team’s first day of minicamp. This will remain a situation to monitor, though expectations should still be kept intact as it is rare for rookie tight ends to have an immediate major role.

Fantasy Impact: Campbell added that TeSlaa has “looked like a consistent veteran this offseason." He was able to show flashes last season and appears locked in as the Lions WR3 heading into this year.

Fantasy Impact: The hype on Gainwell has continued since early in the Bucs offseason program. He was also only more noticeable early on with Bucky Irving recovering from an offseason procedure. This will remain a situation to monitor heading into training camp.
Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said he expects fifth-round guard Jager Burton to compete to play as a rookie. (Source: Pro Football Talk on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Burton was working with the first-string offensive line during minicamp. He could provide versatility across the offensive line.
Cowboys WR George Pickens declined to confirm whether he will attend mandatory minicamp this week. (Source: Eva Geitheim on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact: Pickens is set to make $27.3 million by playing on the franchise tag this season. Cowboys coach Brian Schottenheimer told reporters last week that he expects Pickens to attend mandatory minicamp, but Pickens would not confirm it. This will remain a situation to monitor this week.

Fantasy Impact: Boutte remains away from the team. With the offseason additions of A.J. Brown and Romeo Doubs, it appears very possible that Boutte could be on the move later this offseason.
Brandon Aiyuk has had a warrant for his arrest issued in Northern California due to misdemeanor charge for speeding. This comes after an investigation into a video posted by Aiyuk showing him speeding near Levi Stadium. (Source: New York Post)
Fantasy Impact: It’s yet another feather in Aiyuk’s trouble making cap. Whether he comes under discipline by the NFL, and how, remains to be seen. Either way, this will hurt his stock even further; if any team was holding out interest in trading for him, that has likely taken a hit. He was already on the outs with the 49ers, he might have played himself, off the field that is, out of the league. That’s certainly an extreme stance, regardless, things aren’t looking any better for the talented but troubled receiver.

Fantasy Impact: Sweat had found his name in the middle of trade rumors in recent weeks, including being linked to the Packers. He totaled 12 sacks in his first season of a four-year contract with Arizona last year.

Fantasy Impact: This report comes on the same day Cleveland traded Myles Garrett. Ward is entering the fifth year of a five-year, $100.5 million contract extension with Cleveland that runs through the 2027 season.

Fantasy Impact: Getting Jared Verse back, rather than simply picks, is a great deal for Cleveland. Verse is a budding star, and he will lead the Browns pass rush should this trade go through. Forr those in IDP leagues, this is great news for Garrett’s managers, who will find him leading a Rams defense looking to make a true Super Bowl run.

Fantasy Impact: Berrios had a short stint in Houston last year, but that was it for the veteran receiver. If he’s brought in to the team, he’ll likely contribute more on special teams and as a depth option more than anything.

Fantasy Impact: The veteran last played for Kansas City in 2025 and is still just 29 years old, but will be 30 in November. At this point in his career, he’s nothing more than a depth option, but he can provide veteran presence to a younger Giants roster.

Fantasy Impact: Queen had his name in the middle of trade rumors earlier in the offseason. “I saw the whole charade that went on all this offseason, but I mean it’s talks," he said. "Obviously, no movement either way,” he said. “So, at the end of the day, [the Steelers] have business to handle." Queen is heading into the final year of his contract with Pittsburgh.
Jakobi Meyers seems to have cemented himself for WR1 duties in the Jaguars offense, given his experience and "run-blocking ability", according to John Shipley of SI. (Source: Sports Illustrated)
Fantasy Impact: The Jaguars traded for Meyers before the deadline, and he quickly established himself as the alpha of the offense, earning a contract from the Jaguars. While run blocking ability doesn't earn fantasy points, it's still a great skill to have, which goes to further his importance to the offense, which in turn could give him more opportunities to produce.

Fantasy Impact: Shipley noted further down in the article that Thomas' ability to stretch the field is too valuable to be on the sideline, and that he could lead the team in snaps or at least be second. He will look to improve from his sophomore slump in 2025.
