DraftKings did an excellent job pricing players this week, making it a serious challenge on all of us. Finding value will require hard work as a result, but if you are running short on time, you can let the general public do that work for you. Since people tend to make wise investments with their money, the chalkiest plays often times hit value. Today, I’ll tell you the five players we project to be the highest owned at each position on DraftKings this week. These numbers may change between the publishing of this article and opening kickoff depending on injury report updates so make sure to keep that in consideration.

Quarterback

Ben Roethlisberger is the top projected back in terms of fantasy points per game and since there is value galore this week, that means many will be willing to pay up to get him in a juicy matchup against the Patriots. On the flip side of that game, Tom Brady comes in fifth on this list since it could be a shootout. None of the three in between have easy opponents, but each has been on fire and haven’t quite seen their salary catch up to their production. Those three are Andrew Luck (vs DAL), Josh Allen (vs DET) and Dak Prescott (@ IND).

Running Back

Nearly everyone will be on at least one, and perhaps all three of the top trio on this list. Joe Mixon leads the way with an excellent salary and an even better matchup versus Oakland. Right behind him, we are forecasting nearly 40% to use Ezekiel Elliott as a result of his heavy usage in the passing game lately. Saquon Barkley comes in third despite the hefty price tag, then you’ve got to drop all the way down to under 20% for the final two on the leaderboard. We’ve got Jaylen Samuels getting some love as the top value option at the position and Dalvin Cook as a popular mid-range play versus the Dolphins.
Wide Receiver

Good luck finding someone with a great salary this weekend at wide receiver. There are cheaper options, but no one who is safe, which means many will likely spend up at the position to secure a few players that are a guarantee to get plenty of targets. Davante Adams leads the list of elite receivers with a price tag under $8,000 this week. Behind him are the two hottest receivers in football, Julio Jones (@ ARI) and Amari Cooper (@ IND). Finally, we get to both of the Steelers wideouts who have been exceptional this season. JuJu Smith-Schuster has been playing better lately, but Antonio Brown tends to do great against the Patriots.
Tight End

Unlike most weeks, there is only one value option on our leaderboard. C.J. Uzomah gets the best possible matchup for tight ends, but he comes in fifth on the list because you can’t beat the reliability of targets. Each of the top four offer plenty of that with Eric Ebron the favorite. T.Y. Hilton is banged up so Ebron could see double-digit targets once again. George Kittle looks to add on to last week’s huge performance with a great Week 15 game versus the Seahawks. Then under 20%, we’ve got Jared Cook (@ CIN) and Rob Gronkowski (@ PIT).
Defense

Like almost every other week, we are expecting almost every lineup to find a cheap option under $3,000 at D/ST in Week 15. The most common plays will be two talented defenses, Buffalo and Tennessee, who happen to be in plus matchups versus the Lions and Giants respectively. Not too far behind, however, we’ve got Dallas (@ IND), Washington (@ JAX) and Baltimore (vs TB) all in double-digit projected ownership. Good luck this week!
