Welcome to our 12-team fantasy football mock draft! With standard scoring in play, touchdowns and yardage will be the keys to fantasy dominance. The larger league size means depth and value picks become even more important, as talent thins out quicker than in smaller formats. Let’s kick things off and see how each team builds toward a championship roster!

Fantasy Football Mock Draft
1.10 Puka Nacua (WR – LAR)
Buy the dip on Nacua. He is set for a clear cut WR1 role in this pass-first Rams offense.
He managed 990 yards in just 11 games last season, averaging 90 yards per game which was the 3rd best in the NFL trailing only Ja’Marr Chase and Justin Jefferson.
2.03 Ashton Jeanty (RB – LV)
I was one pick away from doubling down at WR if Amon-Ra St. Brown made it back to me but since he was taken the pick before my selection I made sure to grab one of the better RBs on the board.
I’d be ok with De’Von Achane here as well, but since we are not getting bonus points for receptions, I favor Jeanty a tad more.
3.10 James Cook (RB – BUF)
I normally favor PPR setting and thus very rarely take two RBs in the first three rounds but since we are in a standard scoring setting, grabbing James Cook here was the right thing to do.
4.03 Garrett Wilson (WR – NYJ)
The former Buckeye is the clear-cut #1 option on the Jets. He finished 5th in the league in targets, 7th in receptions, and 7th in red zone targets.
5.10 Kaleb Johnson (RB – PIT)
Kaleb Jonson should have an impact right away in this Steelers offense. He has the physical attributes to be an everydown back and will fit extremely well in Arthur Smith’s zone-running scheme.
While he will have to split time with Jaylen Warren, Johnson has the athletic ability and physicality to be an every down back.
6.03 Zay Flowers (WR – BAL)
Flowers is a very underrated WR as he finished 14th in target share and has eclipsed 100+ targets in each of his first two seasons of being in the NFL.
7.10 George Pickens (WR – DAL)
I am in on this Cowboys offense with a healthy Dak Prescott. When Dak is healthy this offense can really fly and put up numbers.
Pickens no longer has to be the #1 option will have a ton of 1-on-1 opportunities with defenses having to worry about CeeDee Lamb on the other side.
8.03 J.K. Dobbins (RB – DEN)
Dobbins should get bulk of the carries to begin the season, but eventually i think RJ Harvey will become the lead back.
But at this point in the draft I am just looking for depth at the RB position. Other options still left were Zach Charbonnet, Jerome Ford and Najee Harris.
9.10 Ricky Pearsall (WR – SF)
This could be the steal of the draft. Ricky Pearsall is in a situation to really break out. Deebo Samuel and changed uniforms and Brandon Aiyuk is still recovering from an injury sustained last season, leaving Pearsall and Jauan Jennings as the two main wide outs on this team.
10.03 Brock Purdy (QB – SF)
I waited as long as possible to take a QB and I feel like I got really good value with Purdy in the 10th round.
Despite the offense dealing with a ton of injuries, Purdy still finished as a top 10 fantasy QB in 2024.
The 49ers open up the 2025 season with one of the easiest schedules, facing the Jaguars, Cardinals and Saints in the first four games.
11.10 Jaylen Wright (RB – MIA)
Wright looks to be leading the way to be the main guy behind De’Von Achane. If anything happens to Achane, Wright instantly becomes a potential league winner.
12.03 Tucker Kraft (TE – GB)
Kraft stepped up in a big way for the Packers last year, finishing as the TE14 in fantasy points per game.
Among 47 qualifying TE’s, Kraft finished inside the top 12 in receiving yards per game, yards per route run, missed tackles forced, and yards after the catch per reception.
13.10 Brandon Aubrey (K – DAL)
Ranked as the #1 Kicker on FantasyPros, so I jumped on the Kickers before anyone else in the draft. Again I’m really high on this Cowboys offense, which should give Aubrey plenty of chances, plus he will play more than half his games inside a dome.
14.03 Minnesota Vikings D/ST
Best Available. Finished at the D/ST5 in 2024.
15.10 Dalton Kincaid (TE – BUF)
Too early to give up on Kincaid. Let’s not forget the Bills spent a fiest-round pick on his a few years ago. He is a perfect buy-low candidate, especially with the lack of receiving weapons they have in Buffalo.
