Boston remains flex-viable this week. Carolina ranks 16th in yards per target against perimeter wide receivers while allowing the eighth-fewest fantasy points per opportunity.

KC Concepcion is the WR45 in fantasy points per game. He is tied with Denzel Boston for the team lead with a 21.2% target share with 1.58 YPRR (3.7 aDOT), two red zone targets, one deep target, and a 27% first-read share. Concepcion has run 71.1% of his routes from the slot as the Browns' underneath option and seen a 36.4% designed target rate. Concepcion will have to break a big play after the catch to pop, but he has the talent to do that. He's a viable flex this week. Carolina has allowed the 12th-most yards per target to slot receivers while sitting at 15th in fantasy points per opportunity allowed.
