Concepcion has been the underneath option for Cleveland while also seeing a 29.6% designed target rate. This is low-key a nice matchup for Concepcion. Baltimore has allowed the ninth-most yards per target and the 12th-most fantasy points per opportunity to slot receivers. Baltimore has also given up the third-highest missed tackle rate to opposing wide receivers and tight ends while ranking 15th in YAC per reception against those positions. Concepcion could have his best game of the season this week.
