NFL DFS GPP Lineup Advice & Picks (Week 11)

The players below are the ones I’m looking at for NFL DFS GPP considerations this week. Salaries marked with an * indicate a strong value in pricing difference on FanDuel.

Week 11 NFL DFS GPP Advice & Picks

Quarterbacks

Jacoby Brissett (QB – ARI) vs. SF | DraftKings: $4,900/FanDuel: $7,000

With Marvin Harrison Jr. out for the week, rostership on Jacoby Brissett should go down a bit, but Brissett is still very viable this week in GPPs. He still offers sub-$5,000 pricing on DraftKings and the loss of Harrison won’t have a significant impact on his production.

The vast majority of his volume has gone to Trey McBride, who has six touchdowns in four games with Brissett starting. Brissett has finished as a top 12 quarterback in all four of his starts this season. We should note that two of those games were with Harrison scoring fewer than eight fantasy points. Brissett offers upside at excellent value.

Caleb Williams (QB – CHI) @ MIN | DraftKings: $5,900/FanDuel: $7,700

Despite back-to-back top-five performances, Caleb Williams should be low-rostered this week. Williams actually saw a slight reduction in pricing on DraftKings this week and has a rematch with Minnesota. In their Week 1 matchup, Williams had a decent game through the air with 210 yards and one touchdown, but added five carries for 68 yards and a rushing touchdown for a top-10 week.

The rushing production has been critical to Williams’ recent success, and if he carries that production this week, he could easily crack the top five given Minnesota’s recent struggles against the pass. His top target tends to vary, but he’s stackable with Rome Odunze or in play naked.

Justin Herbert (QB – LAC) @ JAX | DraftKings: $6,300/FanDuel: $8,200

Justin Herbert is coming off an incredibly disappointing Week 10 performance in what should’ve been a layup matchup against Pittsburgh’s pass defense. The injured Chargers’ offensive line struggled to handle the Steelers’ pass rush, and Herbert’s rostership should be low this week, given the offensive line concerns.

However, the matchup against Jacksonville offers another high upside opportunity. The Texans’ subpar offensive line managed to handle the Jaguars well enough last week to allow an overall QB1 performance to Davis Mills in Week 10. Herbert still offers an extremely high ceiling at a reasonable salary and low rostership.

Additional Considerations

Running Backs

Bijan Robinson (RB – ATL) vs. CAR | DraftKings: $8,300/FanDuel: $9,300*

A lot is working against Bijan Robinson this week: Touchdowns vultured by Tyler Allgeier, touchdown dominance by Drake London and a rematch from Week 3, where Robinson scored just 16 fantasy points. However, that does mean we’re getting lower rostership, making Robinson a strong contrarian play this week.

The Week 11 version of Carolina’s defense is not the same defense Robinson faced in Week 3. The Panthers’ defense has come apart at the seams to the point where Alvin Kamara managed his second-best performance of the season against them in Week 10. This is the perfect time to deploy Robinson in GPPs.

Woody Marks (RB – HOU) @ TEN | DraftKings: $5,400/FanDuel: $6,300*

Unlike Bijan Robinson, Woody Marks has a good rematch in Week 11. The Texans’ Week 3 game against Tennessee was Marks’ breakout performance, where he scored two touchdowns. It’s been difficult to trust Marks on a week-to-week basis because the Texans haven’t been fully committed to him as the lead back.

However, he’s outsnapped and outperformed Nick Chubb for two straight weeks and played a season-high 80% of the snaps in Week 10. Marks should be the lead back in an excellent matchup and offers low rostership at a reasonable salary.

Aaron Jones (RB – MIN) vs. CHI | DraftKings: $5,500/FanDuel: $6,400*

Aaron Jones was unreliable earlier in the season, splitting carries with Jordan Mason. However, he’s outperformed Mason since returning from injury and got his first rushing touchdown of the season last week.

Jones offers receiving upside that makes him preferable on DraftKings. Chicago’s defense has been tougher against the run compared to the pass this season, but this game offers one of the highest point totals on the slate, and Jones can pay off at his salary based on his receiving volume.

Additional Considerations

Wide Receivers

Tee Higgins (WR – CIN) @ PIT | DraftKings: $6,000/FanDuel: $7,300

By no means should we fade Ja’Marr Chase in GPPs. He is worth the chalk considering he was the overall WR1 in the first matchup against Pittsburgh with a ridiculous 16 receptions on 23 targets.

Tee Higgins was no slouch that week. He had 96 yards and a touchdown and should have a fourth of Chase’s rostership this week. He’s a strong contrarian play, and Joe Flacco has had no problem supplying Higgins with ample volume.

Ladd McConkey (WR – LAC) @ JAX | DraftKings: $6,500/FanDuel: $7,500*

Despite Justin Herbert’s struggles against Pittsburgh, Ladd McConkey had a strong Week 10 performance with over 100 yards and a touchdown. McConkey could easily take advantage of the Jacksonville secondary, similar to Nico Collins‘ 136-yard outing.

McConkey’s salary isn’t cheap, but he’s a nice mid-range option with good value for his projections and ceiling. McConkey has low rostership in line with Herbert. He pairs well for a nice contrarian stack or a one-off play.

Wan’Dale Robinson (WR – NYG) vs. GB | DraftKings: $5,500/FanDuel: $5,800*

Wan’Dale Robinson is the Giants’ clear No. 1 WR, but his production has been underwhelming considering his salary. However, with Jameis Winston at quarterback, Robinson offers an elevated ceiling this week.

Winston’s greatest attribute is the ability to push aggressive pass volume, and with Darius Slayton dealing with a hamstring injury, we should see an increase in targets to Robinson this week. Robinson’s usage has been more varied this year, and he’s served as an occasional deep threat.

Michael Wilson (WR – ARI) vs. SF | DraftKings: $3,800/FanDuel: $5,500

Michael Wilson will garner decent rostership due to pricing, but he’s an excellent salary-saver with increased upside this week. Wilson has failed to reach double-digit fantasy points this season, but Marvin Harrison Jr. is out after an appendectomy, and Zay Jones was placed on injured reserve (IR).

The Cardinals’ receiving corps will be Wilson and Greg Dortch. Dortch is slightly cheaper, but Wilson is the more reliable asset and fills Harrison’s role. He should be the second look behind Trey McBride this week.

Additional Considerations

Tight Ends

Oronde Gadsden II (TE – LAC) @ JAX | DraftKings: $4,600/FanDuel: $6,500

Oronde Gadsden had a couple of down weeks, but last week’s game was hampered by playing only 50% of the snaps due to injury. Gadsden practiced in full this week, and there is no injury concern.

Jacksonville has allowed the second-most fantasy points to tight ends this season. While Brock Bowers‘ three-touchdown performance inflated that number, they’ve been generous to a wide variety of tight ends. McBride should be the highest-rostered tight end by far this week. All other tight ends offer leverage, but Gadsden is one of only a few who offer similar upside.

Additional Considerations

D/ST

Los Angeles Chargers D/ST vs. Jacksonville Jaguars | DraftKings: $2,800/FanDuel: $4,600

The combination of the Chargers’ pricing with the potential of Trevor Lawrence‘s turnovers is too good to pass up. The Chargers’ defense has been inconsistent this season, but they’ve had three top-five performances. When they force turnovers, they tend to come in bunches.

Lawrence had an interception and two fumbles last week against the Texans. The Chargers’ D/ST is a cost-effective, high upside play this week.
