Fantasy Football Mock Draft: 12-Team, Early Pick (2026)

Fantasy Football Mock Draft: 12-Team, Early Pick (2026)

Fantasy football drafts will be ramping up as Week 2 of the NFL season approaches. To get ready for those drafts, below is a 12-team half-PPR fantasy football mock draft from the No. 2 overall slot.

Fantasy Football Mock Draft

Below are the results of the mock draft using FantasyPros’ Draft Wizard tool. The league had the following roster settings: 1-QB, 2-WR, 2-RB, 1-TE, 1-FLEX, 1-D/ST and six bench slots. This team was graded 97/100 by the Draft Wizard.

Round 1: Jahmyr Gibbs (RB – DET)

Jahmyr Gibbs has scored at least 10 rushing touchdowns every year of his career and is coming off a 77-catch season. There’s a very real possibility that he has well over 2,000 rushing and receiving yards this season.

Round 2: Brock Bowers (TE – LV)

A fully healthy Brock Bowers with improved quarterback play, an improved offensive line and really no new weapons to compete with means the possibility of a 30% target share. In 2024, when he caught 112 passes, he had a 25.8% target share.

A massive season is about to happen for Bowers.

Round 3: George Pickens (WR – DAL)

George Pickens drew a 22.6% target share in this Cowboys offense last season, catching 93 passes for over 1,400 yards. I expect some regression, as CeeDee Lamb only played 14 games, but Pickens will still play a big-time role in one of the best offenses in the NFL.

Round 4: Drake Maye (QB – NE)

I usually wait on quarterback, but I’ll try something different here and take Drake Maye. I think there’s potential for even more rushing upside (450 yards, four rushing scores last season), and he has even better weapons this year with A.J. Brown and Romeo Doubs.

Round 5: Ladd McConkey (WR – LAC)

He’s the No. 1 receiver for Justin Herbert, and now Mike McDaniel is the offensive coordinator for the team. Last season, when Keenan Allen wasn’t on the field, Ladd McConkey led the Chargers in target share at 20%.

Round 6: Jadarian Price (RB – SEA)

With fellow Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet still working his way back from a knee injury last season, Jadarian Price, a first-round draft pick, has a chance to be on the “right side” of a timeshare when Charbonnet comes back.

Round 7: Tony Pollard (RB – TEN)

In half-PPR, I went with Tony Pollard as a FLEX option. He caught 33 passes last season and has run for 1,000+ yards in each of the last four seasons. His middle name is consistency.

Round 8: J.K. Dobbins (RB – DEN)

I’ll continue to add to my running back depth here with J.K. Dobbins. He’ll get the bulk of the work over RJ Harvey and Jonah Coleman after rushing for 772 yards in just 10 games last season.

Round 9: Wan’Dale Robinson (WR – TEN)

Coming over from the Giants last season, Wan’Dale Robinson was in WR1 range in PPR leagues. Now, he’s with the Titans, but his former head coach, Brian Daboll, is his offensive coordinator.

After signing a massive deal, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Robinson lead the team in targets.

Round 10: Romeo Doubs (WR – NE)

I’m going for the Drake Maye and Romeo Doubs stack. Doubs signed a sizable deal with the Patriots, so while A.J. Brown will be the No. 1 WR, Doubs will be right behind him.

Round 11: Khalil Shakir (WR – BUF)

The addition of DJ Moore will certainly hurt Khalil Shakir’s stock, but in a half-PPR league, he’ll have some value. He drew a 19.8% target share last season.

Round 12: Denzel Boston (WR – CLE)

According to a depth chart posted by Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN, Denzel Boston was listed as a starting wide receiver for the team. While it’s still early, this bodes well for the big-bodied weapon. He could also be a great red-zone target.

Round 13: MarShawn Lloyd (RB – GB)

Josh Jacobs isn’t out of the woods yet when it comes to a possible suspension. If this were a real draft, my mindset here would be to sit on MarShawn Lloyd, and if something happened, I could trade him as part of a package.

Round 14: Pittsburgh Steelers D/ST

The Steelers take on the Atlanta Falcons and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa in Week 1. Tagovailoa threw 15 interceptions in 14 games last season, so this is a great Week 1 matchup for this defense.
