Fantasy Football Player Notes

With Cam Ward struggling to provide even league-average quarterback play, Carnell Tate has been the WR49 in fantasy points per game. Tate has a team-leading 22.7% target share with 1.46 YPRR, one red zone target, one deep target, and a 31% first-read share. Until Ward shows some promise, Tate will continue to struggle to post nice stat lines. Baltimore isn't the place to look to plug him into a fantasy lineup. The Ravens have limited perimeter wide receivers to the tenth-fewest yards per target and eighth-fewest fantasy points per opportunity.

Last week, Wan'Dale Robinson had easily his best showing of the season as the WR18 for the week. Robinson's issues have also been tied to Cam Ward. Robinson has a 20.5% target share with 1.33 YPRR, three red zone targets, one deep target, and a 27.6% first-read share (second on the team). Robinson could be a decent PPR or volume-based flex this week. Baltimore has allowed the ninth-most yards per target and the 12th-most fantasy points per opportunity to slot receivers.
