FanDuel NFL Lineup Advice: Week 15 (Full Slate)

FanDuel NFL Lineup Advice: Week 15 (Full Slate)

In Week 14, I missed out on cashing by literally decimal points. That’s just the type of year it’s been. Derrick Henry, David Montgomery, and our stack of Justin Herbert and Keenan Allen delivered. But dud performances from Breshad Perriman and D.J. Chark did us in.

Note to self: Stop putting Jets and Jaguars in your DFS lineup.

With that out of the way, let’s dive into my Week 15 FanDuel lineup.

Quarterback

Lamar Jackson (BAL): $8,200
Is Lamar Jackson #back? I’m not entirely sure. The Ravens’ offense has been much better as of late, but Jackson still has concerns as a thrower. Fortunately, Jackson and Baltimore’s offense won’t be tested by the lowly Jaguars, who have given up six yards per play. There are a handful of enticing quarterback plays this week, but Jackson’s rushing upside gives him a bit more value.

Running Backs

Derrick Henry (TEN): $10,200
Yes, it’s a steep price to pay. No, I don’t care. Henry ran all over the Jaguars last week. He’ll enjoy similar results against a Lions defense that’s given up 21 rushing touchdowns this season. In Week 15, Henry will be worth every penny.

Cam Akers (LAR): $6,700
It seems the Rams have officially handed the starting duties to the rookie Akers. The Florida State product carried the ball 29 times in Los Angeles’ last game against New England, rushing for 171 yards. The only thing that was missing was a touchdown. After what Seattle did to the Jets defense last week, Akers should get plenty of scoring opportunities.

Wide Receivers

Terry McLaurin (WSH): $6,900
Keep a close eye on Washington’s quarterback situation. Alex Smith left last week’s game with a leg injury, but the team is optimistic he’ll be able to play Sunday against the Seahawks. Seattle’s defense has played better as of late, but the secondary has faced Sam Darnold, Colt McCoy, and Carson Wentz over its last three games.

Smith isn’t a stud, but he’s plenty capable of shredding this porous secondary. If Smith is ruled out, I’d swap McLaurin out for the red-hot T.Y. Hilton. I’m not messing with Dwayne Haskins.

Brandon Aiyuk (SF): $6,900
With Deebo Samuel likely missing time, the door is open for the rookie to tear up a terrible Dallas secondary. Not to mention, Aiyuk got 16 targets last week against Washington and has garnered 49 targets in his last four games. Aiyuk has quietly been one of the hottest receivers in fantasy and has a juicy matchup as the only option in town.

Danny Amendola (DET): $5,300
With some pricey choices at quarterback and running back, I had to scrape the barrel a bit for a WR3. Amendola has gotten 25 targets over his last four games. He offers a decent floor as a Matthew Stafford’s safety valve and gets a good matchup against a lousy Titans secondary. All we need is 10 points.

Tight End

Eric Ebron (PIT): $5,600
Once again, I went bargain shopping at tight end. Ebron has a strong target floor and has a good chance to get into the end zone against a Bengals defense that’s given up seven touchdowns to opposing tight ends.

FLEX

J.K. Dobbins (BAL): $5,900
Can you stack a running game? I guess I’ll try this week. The Ravens keep giving Dobbins more work and he’s delivered three solid fantasy performances in a row. I’ve already discussed how terrible Jacksonville’s defense is. I like the chances of Dobbins and Jackson having big games.

Defense / Special Teams

Cleveland Browns: $4,300)
The Browns defense isn’t great. But I don’t love spending big on a defense. I’ll take my chances with Myles Garrett giving the turnover-prone Daniel Jones fits in primetime.
