Fantasy Impact: Douglas has been out of action since Week 2. Prior to his injury, he had seven receptions for 113 yards in his first two NFL games. Fantasy managers should expect him to be involved in the Dolphins' passing attack.

Jets RB Breece Hall (quad) is officially inactive for a Week 7 matchup with the Dolphins.

Fantasy Impact: Hall was expected to test his injured quad in pregame warmups, but will now miss his fourth straight game. Braelon Allen will serve as the primary running back against Miami.

Texans WR Tank Dell (knee) is officially active for a Week 7 matchup with the Giants.

Fantasy Impact: Dell was considered questionable to play but will suit up for the first time since December 2024. Fantasy managers should expect Dell to have limited fantasy value right now.

Titans RB Tyjae Spears (knee) is officially inactive for a Week 7 matchup with the Browns.

Fantasy Impact: Spears continues to deal with a nagging knee injury that will keep him out this week. Tony Pollard will see the bulk of the touches out of the Titans' backfield, with Julius Chestnut serving as the backup.

Titans WR Calvin Ridley (hip) is officially inactive for a Week 7 matchup with the Browns.

Fantasy Impact: Ridley was tagged as questionable as he dealt with a hip injury that lingered throughout the week. His absence will likely open up some playing time for a few depth wide receivers on the roster.

Browns RB Dylan Sampson (knee) is officially active for Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Sampson was considered questionable to play against the Titans, but will serve as the backup to Quinshon Judkins in a plus matchup against Tennessee.

Fantasy Impact: Dowdle will suit up after struggling through limited practice sessions late in the week, offering head coach Mike McCarthy another option out of the Pittsburgh backfield behind Jaylen Warren against the Saints.
