Latest Player Updates

Aaron Rodgers completed 19-of-30 passes for 212 yards and a touchdown in the Steelers' 16-10 win over the Saints. He also ran three times for six yards.

Fantasy Impact: Rodgers had been on a hot streak coming into this game, and the overseas trip did him in, snapping his streak of multi-touchdown games. It was an unfortunate outing for those who expected a few more fireworks in this matchup, but down games are part of the fantasy football experience.

The Cardinals' defense allowed 30 points and 378 total yards, while recording one sack in a Week 7 loss to the Broncos.

Fantasy Impact: Arizona didn't force a turnover and allowed three offensive touchdowns, including a 62-yard Bo Nix run and a 52-yard RJ Harvey reception. Denver averaged 6.8 yards per play and 6.2 yards per rushing attempt as well. The Cardinals D/ST doesn't need to be rostered outside of favorable matchups.

Chad Ryland made all three of his field-goal attempts and his lone extra-point attempt in the Cardinals' 30-16 loss to the Broncos in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Ryland connected from 30, 26 and 41 yards and accounted for 10 of Arizona's 16 points. The Cardinals struggled to finish drives, but that worked in Ryland's favor Sunday. He's a matchup-dependent streaming option at kicker.

Kendrick Bourne caught three of six targets for nine yards in the Cardinals' 30-16 loss to the Broncos in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Bourne saw six targets but averaged just three yards per reception. Even with Jacoby Brissett attempting 48 passes, Bourne couldn't turn the volume into meaningful production. There isn't enough upside here to trust him in fantasy leagues.

Jalen Brooks caught one of six targets for 35 yards in the Cardinals' 30-16 loss to the Broncos in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: The six targets were encouraging, but Brooks converted them into just one reception. His lone catch went for 35 yards, showing some big-play upside, but a 16.7% catch rate isn't going to produce consistent fantasy value. Brooks remains a deep-league option rather than a weekly starter.

Tyler Allgeier rushed eight times for 19 yards, while catching all three of his targets for 30 yards in the Cardinals' 30-16 loss to the Broncos in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Allgeier led Arizona's running backs with eight carries but averaged just 2.4 yards per attempt compared to 6.9 for Bam Knight. His three receptions helped salvage the afternoon, but neither back scored or reached 50 total yards. So, lean Knight or Allegeier next week.

Bam Knight rushed seven times for 48 yards, while catching three of five targets for 15 yards in the Cardinals' 30-16 loss to the Broncos in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Knight averaged 6.9 yards per carry and easily outproduced Tyler Allgeier on the ground, despite Allgeier receiving one more carry. Knight finished with 63 total yards on 10 touches. If this backfield remains split, neither player has a particularly high floor, but Knight was clearly the more effective runner Sunday. So, lean Knight.

Michael Wilson caught four of eight targets for 55 yards, while rushing twice for 11 yards in the Cardinals' 30-16 loss to the Broncos in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Wilson finished second on Arizona in targets and receiving yards behind Trey McBride, while also getting two carries. Eight targets are enough to keep Wilson relevant, but McBride remains the clear focal point of Arizona's passing attack. Wilson is best viewed as a matchup-dependent flex option.

Trey McBride caught 10 of 13 targets for 111 yards and one touchdown in the Cardinals' 30-16 loss to the Broncos in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: McBride accounted for 10 of Jacoby Brissett's 27 completions and 111 of his 272 passing yards. He also caught Arizona's only touchdown, scoring from seven yards out in the third quarter. With 13 targets and no other Cardinal seeing more than eight, McBride remains one of fantasy football's safest elite TE1 options.

Jacoby Brissett completed 27 of 48 passes for 272 yards and one touchdown, while rushing seven times for 16 yards in the Cardinals' 30-16 loss to the Broncos in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Brissett attempted 48 passes with Arizona playing from behind, but averaged just 5.7 yards per attempt. His lone touchdown went to Trey McBride, and he avoided turning the ball over against one of the NFL's better defenses. The volume, though, gives Brissett some streaming value, but he's better viewed as a QB2.

The Broncos' defense allowed 16 points and 353 total yards, while recording three sacks in Denver's Week 7 win over Arizona.

Fantasy Impact: Denver didn't force a turnover, but the defense kept Arizona out of the end zone until the third quarter and held the Cardinals to 3.9 yards per carry. Jacoby Brissett also needed 48 attempts to reach 272 passing yards. The lack of takeaways limited the fantasy total, but Denver remains a weekly starting D/ST.

Wil Lutz made all three of his field-goal attempts and all three extra-point attempts in the Broncos' 30-16 win over the Cardinals in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Lutz connected from 48, 43 and 31 yards, giving him 12 points on the afternoon. Denver's offense moved the ball much better than it had through the first six weeks, creating six scoring opportunities for Lutz. He is a viable weekly fantasy kicker.

Evan Engram caught one of three targets for two yards in the Broncos' 30-16 win over the Cardinals in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Engram couldn't take advantage of a favorable matchup and now has another game with minimal production. Denver has enough alternatives between its receivers and running backs that Engram isn't commanding the volume needed to overcome performances like this. He's difficult to trust as a weekly TE1.

Courtland Sutton caught three of five targets for 45 yards in the Broncos' 30-16 win over the Cardinals in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Sutton averaged 15 yards per reception but wasn't involved in either of Bo Nix's explosive touchdowns. He also finished behind Jaylen Waddle in targets for the second straight week. Sutton isn't a viable fantasy starter. Denver's expanding group of playmakers make his weekly production volatile.

Jaylen Waddle caught four of seven targets for 48 yards in the Broncos' 30-16 win over the Cardinals in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Waddle led Denver with seven targets but finished third on the team with 48 receiving yards. The encouraging part is the opportunity, as Courtland Sutton saw five targets and no other Bronco had more than three. Waddle remains a weekly fantasy starter despite the modest production, but is no more than a flex.

Marvin Mims Jr. caught both of his targets for 53 yards in the Broncos' 30-16 win over the Cardinals in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Mims made the most of his two targets, with 47 of his 53 yards coming on one reception. The big-play ability remains obvious, but two targets aren't enough to give him a reliable fantasy floor. Mims remains a boom-or-bust option in the deepest of leagues.

Jonah Coleman rushed nine times for 54 yards, while catching both of his targets for 15 yards in the Broncos' 30-16 win over the Cardinals in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Coleman returned from injured reserve and immediately led Denver's running backs with nine carries, averaging six yards per attempt. J.K. Dobbins still received the goal-line touchdown, and RJ Harvey scored through the air, but Coleman's usage in his first game back is difficult to ignore. He's worth rostering as Denver sorts out what could become a three-man backfield. Coleman is worth a start next week for Zero RB drafters.

J.K. Dobbins rushed six times for 23 yards and one touchdown in the Broncos' 30-16 win over the Cardinals in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Dobbins scored from one yard out late in the third quarter, giving him a touchdown for the third consecutive game. The problem was everything else. His six carries were fewer than both Jonah Coleman's nine and Bo Nix's seven, while RJ Harvey remained involved in the passing game. Dobbins continues to find the end zone, but his workload took a significant hit with Coleman back. The former enters flex territory.

RJ Harvey rushed three times for six yards, while catching both of his targets for 54 yards and one touchdown in the Broncos' 30-16 win over the Cardinals in Week 7

Fantasy Impact: Harvey turned a short pass from Bo Nix into a 52-yard touchdown for his biggest play of the afternoon. The touchdown saved an otherwise quiet day, as Harvey received just five touches with Jonah Coleman returning to the lineup. Harvey remains involved as a receiver, but Coleman's return adds another player to an already crowded Denver backfield. The former is in flex territory.

Bo Nix completed 15 of 29 passes for 222 yards and one touchdown, while rushing seven times for 73 yards and another touchdown in the Broncos' 30-16 win over the Cardinals in Week 7.

Fantasy Impact: Nix did most of his damage with his legs, including a 62-yard touchdown run in the second quarter. He later connected with RJ Harvey for a 52-yard score and finished without a turnover. Nix's 51.7% completion rate wasn't impressive, but 295 total yards and two touchdowns were enough for a strong fantasy performance. He enters the low-end QB1 conversation heading into Week 8.
