Fantasy Impact: Reich has previously served as the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts and the Carolina Panthers. His previous two seasons as a play-caller were poor, ranking 30th in scoring with Indy in 2022 and 31st with Carolina in 2023. However, he led a top-10 scoring offense in four of five seasons before that. Reich spent 2025 with the Stanford Cardinal and was the team's interim head coach.
