The Tampa Bay Buccaneers D/ST racked up two interceptions and a fumble recovery in the Buccaneers' 24-16 win over the Cowboys on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact: The Bucs' defense was pliable on the Cowboys' first drive of the game, but stiffened significantly after that. They did give up a touchdown in the fourth quarter, but managed to make a crucial interception when Dallas was attempting to force overtime. It was a much better showing than we previously had seen from Tampa's defense, but don't call it a comeback just yet.

Chase McLaughlin hit all three of his PATs and his lone field goal attempt in the Bucs' 24-16 win over the Cowboys on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact: McLaughlin bounced back from a down week against the Packers, but the offense was also able to move the ball much more effectively against the hapless Dallas defense, giving McLaughlin more chances than he had previously. He's been perfect on the season so far, going 10-for-10 on Field Goals and 10-for-10 on PATs. He should continue to be a solid kicker for those in need.

The Dallas Cowboys D/ST managed a single sack on Thursday in the team's 24-16 loss to Tampa Bay. No other meaningful stats were recorded.
Fantasy Impact: This is the state of the Dallas defense, allowing a rookie QB in his second start to lead multiple scoring drives and go up by as many as 14 points, while also getting just one sack and no turnovers. It's been a bad showing by the Dallas defense that began the year showing promise of improvement thanks to offseason additions and draft picks. But it appears another long road is ahead for the team this season, which will have to be carried by its offense.

Brandon Aubrey hit his only PAT and field goal attempts in the Cowboys' 24-16 loss to the Bucs on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact: Aubrey was hindered by a Dallas offense that sputtered badly after their first drive, failing to do much more in the first half before a field goal. After that, the team was in catch-up mode, and Aubrey didn't see the field again. Better days will come for the star kicker.

Jake Ferguson caught three of six targets for 19 yards in the Cowboys' 24-16 loss to Tampa Bay on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact: Ferguson had a critical drop on the Cowboys' final drive as they were trying to tie the game, failing to catch a pass and instead bobbling it straight up and into the arms of LB Alex Anzalone. It was a tough night for the veteran, but better days will come.
