2021 Half PPR Rest of Season Rankings

Ezekiel Elliott Note
Ezekiel Elliott photo 15. Ezekiel Elliott RB - (at PHI)
Elliott registered a season-high 19% target share with the Cowboys playing in a competitive game environment last Sunday against the Patriots. This usage, combined with Dallas being a run-heavy unit in neutral game scripts, gives Zeke the ideal ceiling-floor combo. He's a rock solid RB1 entering Dallas' bye.

CeeDee Lamb Note
CeeDee Lamb photo 24. CeeDee Lamb WR - (at PHI)
Lamb has seen a combined eight targets over Dallas' past two games, which isn't what fantasy managers had in mind after Michael Gallup's injury seemingly opened the door for more opportunities. The reason for his decreased number of looks isn't due to anything other than the Cowboys reverting to a run-heavy offense as of late. The second-year receiver is one of the most talented offensive skill players in football. The looks will come. Buy low on Lamb.

Amari Cooper Note
Amari Cooper photo 55. Amari Cooper WR - (at PHI)
Cooper took a backseat to CeeDee Lamb's heroics in this one, and he hauled in just 5-of-8 targets for 55 scoreless yards. The 27-year-old hasn't finished as a top-24 fantasy wideout since Week 1, but now isn't the time to sell. Dallas has a bye in Week 7, and there should be better game environments moving forward.

Dak Prescott Note
Dak Prescott photo 62. Dak Prescott QB - (at PHI)
Dallas' desire to be a run-heavy offense in neutral game scripts means that Prescott either needs things to go haywire (such as what happened in Week 6 against New England) or he needs to rely on extreme efficiency. Ultimately, this makes Prescott more of a low-end QB1 rather than the high-end option he was drafted as. However, he's more capable of blowup performances than the other low-end QB1 options ranked around him.

Michael Gallup Note
Michael Gallup photo 73. Michael Gallup WR - (at PHI)
Both Amari Cooper (reserve/COVID-19) and CeeDee Lamb (concussion) are either out or questionable for Thursday's Week 12 game against the Raiders. Gallup is suddenly the top receiving option in a Dak Prescott-led offense. Week 11 was rough, but we're chasing volume here.

Dalton Schultz Note
Dalton Schultz photo 84. Dalton Schultz TE - (at PHI)
The return of Michael Gallup could wind up having a major impact on Schultz, who took a backseat in the receiving game in Week 10. Schultz saw just 6.1% of the targets after being at 19.8% from Weeks 2-9 sans Gallup. Game script was weird in this one as Dallas didn't need to do much in the second half, but this isn't what Schultz managers were hoping for. He's still tied to an elite offense, which keeps him in the low-end TE1 conversation, but expectations should be tempered with all of the Cowboys pass catchers healthy at the moment.

Tony Pollard Note
Tony Pollard photo 85. Tony Pollard RB - (at PHI)
Arguably the best "backup" RB in the league, Pollard has now scored more fantasy points than Ezekiel Elliott in each of Dallas' first two games. Pollard possesses standalone value moving forward and would be a legitimate league-winner should anything happen to Zeke.
