Fantasy Football Player Notes

2019 Half PPR Rest of Season Rankings
Dalvin Cook Note
Dalvin Cook photo 17. Dalvin Cook RB - (vs . CHI)
There's little that can stop Cook at this point. He's a perfect fit for Gary Kubiak's zone blocking scheme, he plays on a team that just wants to run the ball, and he's scoring touchdowns at will. He has a legitimate shot to finish as the top running back in fantasy if he stays healthy and should be valued accordingly.

Adam Thielen Note
Adam Thielen photo 52. Adam Thielen WR - (vs . CHI)
Thielen aggravated his hamstring injury early against the Chiefs, and will almost certainly miss Week 10 against the Cowboys. With a bye in Week 12, the Vikings could look to play it safe and hold Thielen out for several weeks. Although that would hurt his fantasy owners, it would obviously be preferable to Thielen trying to return while hobbled.

Alexander Mattison Note
Alexander Mattison photo 95. Alexander Mattison RB - (vs . CHI)
Mattison is not only the best pickup of the week; he is the best pickup all season long. He should have already been owned, but if he isn't, spend every dime of your FAAB on this future league-winner.

Kirk Cousins Note
Kirk Cousins photo 103. Kirk Cousins QB - (vs . CHI)
Cousins had a great game in Week 6 but it was against a pass funnel Philly defense that required them to throw more often than Minnesota typically does. That should go back to the norm this week in Detroit so Cousins isn't streamer-worthy this time around.

Kyle Rudolph Note

Yes, Rudolph had two touchdowns, but he continued the trend of finishing games with under 25 receiving yards. In fact, he's only been over that mark twice all year.
