2021 Half PPR Rest of Season Rankings

Damien Harris Note

The 24-year-old returned from a concussion on Thursday night to rush 10 times for 56 yards, adding one reception for a gain of nine through the air. Harris looked good running the ball, but film watchers could make a case that rookie Rhamondre Stevenson looked even better. The first-year RB handled two more carries than Harris as the duo basically rotated series for most of the night. Stevenson isn't fully taking over this backfield, but we can reasonably expect that he'll remain involved down the stretch. Harris no longer has a vice grip on early-down carries with the Patriots.

New England's fourth-round rookie wound up receiving two more carries than Damien Harris on Thursday night. Both RBs were productive, but this makes two straight games where Stevenson has flashed production unrelated to the Patriots' offensive line. Harris' return from a Week 10 concussion meant that the two backs split carries against Atlanta. That's a noticeable change from the early part of the season. Stevenson's standalone value is limited to being a FLEX-worthy play in good matchups, but there's league-winning upside if something happens to Harris. Hold him tight.

Jakobi Meyers Note
Jakobi Meyers photo 92. Jakobi Meyers WR - (at MIA)
Through four weeks, Meyers is seeing 26% of New England's targets while sporting a 8.8 ADOT. He's running a route on 95% of the team's dropbacks and is a safe, albeit low-end, WR3 in PPR leagues entering Week 5.

Kendrick Bourne Note

Hunter Henry Note

Henry continues to run more routes entering Week 7, and he leads the Patriots with a 67% end zone share for the season. That's enough to make him a TE1 streamer while bye weeks are piling up.

Mac Jones Note
Mac Jones photo 124. Mac Jones QB - (at MIA)
Jones has shown some promising flashes through six games, but New England's offensive weaponry just isn't elevating his box score results. Additionally, the Patriots currently feature one of the most conservative offenses in the NFL. The rookie signal caller is a low-end QB2 moving forward.

Jonnu Smith Note

Smith saw just two targets in Week 5 and was held to 27 yards. The Patriots appear mildly interested in using him around the goal-line as a potential TD threat, but the offense overall just isn't creating enough explosiveness for him to be a TE1 in fantasy land. Consider Smith a mid-range TE2 until further notice.

Brandon Bolden Note
Brandon Bolden photo 235. Brandon Bolden RB - (at MIA)
The long-time special teams player officially owns the "James White role" entering Week 6. Bolden is handling all of the long-down-and-distance snaps in addition to the two-minute work, which means he's worth rostering in deeper PPR leagues. Just note the upside here is extremely limited.
