Players to Buy
Drake London (WR – ATL) & Kyle Pitts (TE – ATL)
Even with uneven box scores, the usage is elite: 10+ targets each, and London has averaged 12 targets and 103 yards over the past three weeks. The Falcons own the No. 1 QB schedule rest-of-season, and Michael Penix Jr. has unlocked the middle of the field. Add the soft playoff slate (TB, ARI, LAR), and this passing game screams buy across the board.
Derrick Henry (RB – BAL)
Two straight smash spots (122 yards last week) with the Bears and Dolphins up next. Lamar Jackson‘s post-bye return lifts TD equity and red-zone volume. Baltimore’s offense is trending back toward balanced power running — Henry’s the easiest veteran RB buy on the market.
James Cook (RB – BUF)
Sean McDermott admitted Cook’s role will “change” post-bye after a puzzling Week 6 usage dip. With Ty Johnson merely a placeholder and the Bills’ passing weapons dinged up, Cook should reclaim his receiving work. Top-20 ROS RB upside on a bye-week discount.
Tetairoa McMillan (WR – CAR)
A quiet week hides the fact that he still leads the Panthers in expected points per game (19th overall). Andy Dalton‘s promotion boosts WR efficiency, and McMillan has shown chemistry with Dalton before. Buy-low ahead of a soft Buffalo matchup.
Rome Odunze (WR – CHI)
He’s the clear air-yards and route leader (100% route rate, 44% share) but has only box-score duds to show for it. With Cole Kmet hurt and positive matchups ahead, Odunze’s usage is screaming buy-low — he ranks 15th in XPPG among WRs.
Ja’Marr Chase (WR – CIN)
Joe Flacco‘s arrival completely stabilizes this offense. Chase has 25 targets and 16 catches in Flacco’s first two outings, and the ROS schedule lacks any top-10 pressure defenses. His ceiling weeks are back. Even after a blow-up, he’s still under-priced.
Harold Fannin Jr. (TE – CLE)
Ran routes on 85% of dropbacks with Njoku out and posted a 28% target share. That’s elite tight-end usage. Athletic, young, and attached to an improving run game — worth buying or adding now before the breakout.
Javonte Williams (RB – DAL)
Top-12 in rushing success rate, 19 touches for 116 yards and a TD in Week 7. Two cupcake matchups (DEN revenge game, then ARI) before the bye make him a priority short-term buy.
RJ Harvey (RB – DEN)
Explosive dual-threat back who scored through the air. If the Cowboys tilt this into a shootout, Harvey’s receiving upside plays. Denver’s upcoming slate (DAL, HOU, LV) offers multiple flex starts. Sneaky PPR buy before usage stabilizes.
Josh Jacobs (RB – GB)
Back healthy, double-TD performance, elite grades (PFF’s #2 RB). Green Bay owns one of the easiest RB schedules ROS. Lock in RB1 production; stash Emanuel Wilson as insurance.
Ladd McConkey (WR – LAC)
Fifteen targets from Herbert (9-67, 27%) with 113 air yards and three end-zone looks. Slot-dominant role and the Vikings’ defense next (dead-last vs slot). Clear buy-low WR2 candidate.
George Kittle (TE – SF) & Ricky Pearsall (WR – SF)
Kittle’s route rate (82%) and blocking efficiency point to a massive bounce-back. Purdy will need him as WRs return. Pearsall’s nearing a return with a top-20 PFF grade — both are buy-lows tied to an ascending offense.
Breece Hall (RB – NYJ)
Touch-based RBs attached to chaos are perfect buy-lows. Still dominates snaps when healthy and could get traded to a contender. Bengals up next is the perfect get-right spot. Trade for before movement rumors escalate.
Brian Robinson Jr. (RB – SF)
If available via Washington or dynasty leagues, Robinson’s the exact workhorse profile you want: physical runner in a top 3 SOS environment for RBs. Commanders’ offense can support RB1-type outputs when game script holds.
Players to Sell
Marvin Harrison Jr. (WR – ARI)
Two catches on eight targets, 40% air yards but zero chemistry with Kyler Murray looming. PFF’s 65th-graded WR; WR43 in XPPG. The post-bye slate (DAL, SEA, SF) is brutal. Sell before the name cachet fades.
DJ Moore (WR – CHI)
Six catches for 85 yards total over two games; now banged up and facing an erratic QB situation. He’s been turned into a gadget runner (three carries inside the 10). Ship out while trade-rumor buzz remains.
Travis Etienne Jr. (RB – JAX)
Third straight dud (8-44), declining snaps (54%) and tough schedule ahead. Bhayshul Tuten‘s role growing, and post-bye matchups are ugly (LV, HOU, LAC). Efficiency collapse makes him a clear sell-high if managers still view him as RB1.
Tony Pollard (RB – TEN)
Six carries for 18 yards; only fantasy salvage via checkdowns. Titans offense is broken, and Tyjae Spears is cutting into volume. The illusion of dual-back value is gone. Sell before this becomes an RB3 committee.
Rhamondre Stevenson (RB – NE)
Season-best outing but unsustainable usage spike (77% snaps). Faces Cleveland next then a tough stretch (ATL, TB, NYJ). Patriots want to rotate rookies eventually; take the points and sell high.
Alvin Kamara (RB – NO)
RB32 despite RB16 expected rank; 14 touches for 29 yards on 85% snaps. He’s cooked behind a hurt OL and stuck on a stagnant offense. Kendre Miller‘s injury doesn’t fix the efficiency. Move now before the schedule (TB, LAR, CAR) tightens.
Travis Kelce (TE – KC)
Just three targets as Rashee Rice and Pacheco dominated usage. Snap count and involvement keep trending downward, and KC is distributing the ball widely. Still has name-brand value—flip for a WR1 or elite RB while you can.
Deebo Samuel (WR – WAS)
Another injury (heel) and volatile weekly usage. With McLaurin returning soon and Mariota/backup QB flux, this is your final off-ramp. Sell before the inevitable missed-time stretch.
Jordan Addison (WR – MIN)
Still producing but efficiency fueled by Carson Wentz. With J.J. McCarthy due back in Week 9, regression is coming. One more spike week possible — sell right after it hits.
Players to Hold
Zonovan Knight (RB – ARI)
“Starter” role (14-57) with three RZ touches but left with a concussion. Crowded depth chart ahead, yet he’s the most valuable Arizona RB. Hold through bye; reassess if he clears protocol.
D’Andre Swift (RB – CHI)
RB2 profile locked in — explosive outside runs (124 yds, TD) but limited receiving. Schedule and role steady. Don’t overreact up or down; just keep rolling him.
Chase Brown (RB – CIN)
Efficiency bonanza vs. PIT, but snap split still 60/40 with Perine. Week 9 vs CHI is a smash before a bye. Short-term hold or buy for managers needing Week 8-9 production.
Kyren Williams (RB – LAR)
Still the RB1 (60% snaps, 12 carries), but Blake Corum earned real work. Not a sell, not a buy — a steady hold while Corum settles into a change-of-pace role.
DK Metcalf (WR – PIT/SEA context)
Air yards trending up; PFF’s 13th-highest WR grade. Even in a quiet week, usage supports WR2 floor. Already past the bye and facing a friendly stretch (GB, IND, LAC). Hold or minor buy.
Christian McCaffrey (RB – SF)
Touched the ball 31 times for 201 yards and two TDs. You can shop for a godfather offer, but otherwise hold — touch volume + efficiency justify the risk.
Players to Add or Stash
- Isaiah Likely (TE – BAL) – Out-snapped Mark Andrews and could be a TE1 if Andrews is moved.
- Keon Coleman (WR – BUF) – Post-bye add; 6-plus targets in back-to-back games, 23% share.
- Xavier Legette (WR – CAR) – Career-best 9-92-1 on 11 targets; Dalton boost incoming.
- Colston Loveland (TE – CHI) – Replaces Kmet; red-zone role in a heavy target offense.
- Noah Fant (TE – CIN) – Route leader (71%) and scored; Flacco connection matters.
- Evan Engram (TE – DEN) – Season-high routes (71%), finally matching production.
- Oronde Gadsden II (TE – LAC) – Back-to-back games of 7+ catches, TE eligibility = gold.
- Blake Corum (RB – LAR) – Goal-line mix ins, weekly flex potential.
