Fantasy Impact: Vera-Tucker was selected 14th overall by the New York Jets in the 2021 NFL Draft and immediately started all 16 games as a rookie. However, health has been a concern since then as he combined to play just 12 games in 2022 and 2023 and missed all of last season with a torn triceps injury. When on the field, Vera-Tucker has been effective, especially as a run blocker. He also has taken snaps at both guard and both tackles positions during his career. If healthy, the Patriots substantially improved their offensive line with the signing of Vera-Tucker.
