R.A. Dickey gets the win over Mets Tuesday night

by Steve Painter | Wed, May 3rd 12:21am EDT

R.A. Dickey went six innings Tuesday night against the Mets and allowed four hits and three runs while walking four and striking out three. It was enough to nail down the win as the Braves went on to defeat the Mets 9-7. The win elevates Dickey's record to 3-2 on the year. Next up for him is Carlos Martinez and the Cardinals, Sunday in Atlanta.

Fantasy Impact:

All kind of warning flags, like the walks and the two homers he allowed but he still earned the quality start and the win. He's a perfect guy if you're looking for an innings eater (deeper leagues) who on occasion will earn the quality start and get the win.
