R.A. Dickey struggles but Braves win

R.A. Dickey allowed eight hits and four runs (two earned) while walking three and striking out four over 5 1/3 innings Friday night in Atlanta. With strong pitching from their bullpen and some timely hitting, the Braves won the game 7-4, thus giving Dickey a no-decision. He will pitch again Wednesday against Trevor Williams and the Pirates, in Atlanta.
Fantasy Impact:
Dickey is really struggling right now and it's not helpful that he pitches half his games at the launching pad in Atlanta, where he has surrendered seven home runs thus far in five games. His K/9 ratio is low at 4.88 and he sports an elevated 6.16 FIP to go with a 4.13 ERA. So his fantasy value is way too far south for any sort of consideration.
