Sonny Gray lasts just three innings against Boston

Sonny Gray allowed six runs over three innings against the Red Sox on Thursday en route to his first loss of the season. He gave up seven hits and walked two while striking out three.
Fantasy Impact:
It was cold and rainy in Boston, so Gray should be forgiven for the rough outing. He also got a bit unlucky, as few of the balls against him were hit hard. He should bounce back against a weak Marlins team next week.
