Joey Votto finished 0-for-1 with four walks in Saturday's contest against the Cardinals.
Fantasy Impact:
Votto has experienced another slow start to his season. He's becoming a notoriously slow starter, posting April numbers that are far from his career averages over the last three seasons. However, he's also been extremely consistent, in a great way for fantasy owners, over the remainder of the season in each of the last two campaigns. That would signal a buying opportunity for those owners bold enough to bet on the aging veteran.
