Brandon Belt sets all-time record

Brandon Belt set an all-time record in the first inning by working 21 pitches off the pitcher. He fouled off 17 balls before flying to right after 12 minutes and 45 seconds. Angels pitcher, Jamie Barria was forced to throw 49 pitches in the inning and was spent by the time he hit the second inning. Belt also hit his fourth homer in his last four games and went 3-for-5 on the day.
