Alex Reyes allows one run in spring debut Tuesday

Alex Reyes pitched one inning in the Cardinals' 2-1 spring loss to the Phillies on Tuesday. He allowed one run on one hit while walking two and striking out one.
Fantasy Impact:
Reyes was a little wild in his spring debut, but then again he's always been a little wild even dating back to his time at rookie ball. The former top prospect is in the mix for a starting role this spring, along with about five other pitchers, and he'll need to perform better than he did today to earn that spot. Still, this was his first game action since injuring his lat in May 2018, so he'll certainly be cut a little slack for now.
