Miami Marlins still "in talks" for James Shields

The Miami Marlins remain in talks with pitcher James Shields, who is expected to come to an agreement by the end of the week. (Joe Frisaro on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Shields would be a great fit in spacious Marlins park and would have a great defensive outfield behind him. A valuable fantasy piece regardless of where he lands, Miami would be one of the best locations from a fantasy perspective. Shields expects to be a top-25 SP for the 2015 season.
