Carlos Beltran was held hitless with a strikeout against the Nationals.

Carlos Beltran participated in his second Spring Training game of the season, batting third as the designated hitter. Beltran is recovering from surgery to remove bone spurs in his right elbow, so the most important thing is for him to get through games healthy. He returned to the outfield on Friday night and will try to get as many at bats as possible before the beginning of the season.
