Drew Romo signs contract with Rockies

Fantasy Impact:
Romo is receiving a $2.1 million signing bonus, which is the recommended slot value for the 35th overall pick. The 18-year-old is a ways off from the big leagues but would have fantasy upside playing in Colorado should he make it one day.
