Matt Kemp shows great hustle today

Matt Kemp showed great effort both on the field and in his only hit on the day. He ran down a ball in RF that looked as if it was going to drop in for a base hit and he also stretched his only hit of the day into a double on a line drive to right field. He still has some speed in his legs. He finished 1-for-3.
Fantasy Impact:
I think Kemp is good in the middle rounds of the draft. His value is hurt with playing all his home games at Petco in terms of his HRs. I do think that he will hit for avg. and get a lot of extra base hits. Keep an eye out because I feel people are writing off Kemp. If he is healthy you'll be writing "Champion" to your whole league.
