Chris Davis goes on IL

Chris Davis has been placed on the IL with left knee patella tendinitis. Ryan Mountcastle was called up in a corresponding move. (Nathan Ruiz on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Davis has been struggling mightily at the dish, so maybe this injury explains some of his problems. He's currently hitting .122 with no homers in 49 at-bats.
