Another loss on the books for David Buchanan

After being hit around in his first two starts, David Buchanan was unable to get his season on track. Sunday afternoon featured a 4 run effort by the Nationals, 3 of which came against Buchanan over 5 innings of work.
Fantasy Impact:
Although still unable to lo a win or Quality Start, David Buchanan has shown some level of improvement, dropping his ERA and WHIP in each game he has pitched. Both stats still sit in unusable territory at 9.22 and 2.27 respectively, but the silver lining is that Buchanan does appear to be improving slowly. With the Phillies lack of rotation depth, Buchanan is safe for now and his slow but steady progress will be worth watching.
