George Springer out of lineup Wednesday, sent for MRI

Blue Jays outfielder and major offseason signee George Springer is out of the lineup for a third straight day as he deals with an ailing quad. He was sent for an MRI on Wednesday and will be re-evaluated once his results are in. (Scott Mitchell on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It's worth noting that Springer hasn't been placed on the IL yet, so that's a positive development. Still, his MRI results could dictate whether or not an extended IL stint is the necessary course of action. Springer has appeared in four games this season, logging two home runs and a single through 15 at-bats.
