Lance Lynn dominant again in no-decision Wednesday

by Brad Camara | Cardinals Correspondent | Thu, Jun 10th 5:59am EDT

Lance Lynn alllowed one run on four hits and no walks while striking out nine across seven innings during Wednesday’s 6-2 loss to the Blue Jays. He did not factor into the decision.

Fantasy Impact:

Lynn’s lone mistake was surrendering a solo shot to Blue Jays OF Randal Grichuk in the second frame. He threw 95 pitches, firing 64 for strikes. Lynn is second in the majors with a 1.23 ERA and has now allowed one run or less in eight of his 11 starts this season. The 34-year-old owns a (7-1) record along with a 0.88 WHIP and an impressive 72:17 K: BB across 65 2/3 innings in 2021. Lynn will look to keep things rolling when he takes on the Rays early next week.
