Jose Abreu clobbers 12th homer in win over Rays

by Brad Camara | Astros Correspondent | Thu, Jun 17th 8:20am EDT

Chicago White Sox first baseman Jose Abreu went 1-for-5 with a two-run homer in Wednesday's 8-7 win over the Rays.

Fantasy Impact:

Abreu took Ryan Yarbrough deep in the fourth inning for his 12th long ball of the season. The 2020 AL MVP is currently batting a career-low .252 in 2021, but is on pace for another 30-homer campaign. He is starting to heat up and has now logged multi-hit efforts in three of his last seven games. Abreu is slashing .256/.326/.466 across 267 plate appearances this season. Abreu
