Sammy Long serves as opener on Saturday

LHP Sammy Long worked as the opener on Saturday when he allowed one run on two hits with one walk and four strikeouts across two innings in the Giants' 4-1 loss to the Rockies.
Fantasy Impact:
Long was making his first appearance since late July and didn't look too bad over his two innings. He served up a solo home run to C.J. Cron but also punched out four batters. He owns a 5.72 ERA and 1.27 WHIP over 26 1/3 innings on the season. It's unknown if he'll get another start next week.
