Toronto Blue Jays 2B Cavan Biggio (COVID-19 IL) has been reinstated and has been optioned to the AAA. (Toronto Blue Jays on twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Biggio had been terrible to begin the season before picking up COVID-19 and the reinstatement to the AAA thus makes sense. The second basemen was batting .043 before getting COVID and it is safe to say he may not be back up to the majors this season with Santiago Espinal playing fantastic at second base.
