Sonny Gray picks up win in Twins route on Wednesday

Sonny Gray (1-1) cruised to victory on Wednesday afternoon against the Athletics during the 14-4 win. The right-hander went six innings allowing two runs on six hits. He didn't issue any walks and struck out five.
Fantasy Impact:
Gray extended past the five-inning mark for the first time this season on Wednesday to pick up his first win of the year. He has allowed only four total runs over his last three starts (14 1/3 innings) while striking out 20 during that stretch. The righty will look to build on his recent success next Tuesday against the Tigers in what could be the first of two starts next week.
