Scott Effross (shoulder) was reinstated from the 15-day injured list by the Yankees. (New York Yankees on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Effross will return for Thursday's game against the Red Sox. Effross was acquired at the trade deadline from the Cubs. It is possible that he could get some saves down the stretch with the Yankees' working a closer commitee.
